In my article I explore an issue which is part of the phenomena termed “men’s social movements”. Men’s social movements are new social movements in which actors focus on gender issues as the main criteria for building collective identity. They include the men’s and fathers’ rights movement, the mythopoetic movement, male religious movements and the profeminist movement. In my article I present the case of the Polish profeminist movement because its actors seem to be relatively unrecognized as yet and their activities are rather marginalized compared to female activists fighting for gender equality in Poland.
